Q: May I pay for my order via e-transfer?
A: Yes, we do. Please email us your order with shipping address to ravensongherbals@protonmail.com. If you are able to take a screenshot of your cart with taxes and shipping totalled and send that to us as well, that would be very helpful!
Q: Do you sell seeds in bulk by the kg/pound?
A: We cultivate all the seeds on our small farm, and our setup is not equipped for fulfilling extensive bulk orders of any seed type. Our selection is exclusively available in individual packages.
Q: Do you offer wholesale to retailers, or practitioners?
A: Unfortunately, due to our small size, we are unable to provide our products at the lower price points and quantities necessary for wholesale distribution. Nonetheless, we are pleased to offer discounted rates on our larger fresh-plant tincture sizes upon request. If you are in need of larger quantities, ranging from 1 to 4 liters in size, feel free to contact us for details regarding pricing and product availability. We are more than happy to accommodate pre-orders, so don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
Q: Do you sell dried or fresh herbs?
A: We currently do not have any fresh or dried herbs available for sale.
Q: When can I expect my package to be shipped after I place my order?
A: We ship orders twice weekly, generally on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Unless there is a special preparation needed for your order, your order will be shipped between 1-4 business days after we receive it.
Q: How long can I expect my package to arrive after I receive my shipping notice?
A: Orders within Canada, and to the USA normally take between 5 and 10 business days to arrive via Canada Post. As parcels may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or postal strike, please allow three weeks after you receive your shipping notice before contacting us regarding late or missing packages.
Q: Do you ship to the USA?
A: Yes, we ship seeds and herbal products to all locations within the USA. Please note that restrictions to your individual state or region may apply. Please inquire at your local postal outlet or customs office regarding the current regulations for importing seeds and herbal products before placing your order.
Q: Do you ship to other international destinations?
A: At this time we only ship within Canada and the US.
