Herbal Apprenticeship Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy

The Ravensong Herbal Apprenticeship is an eight-month program built around a small, committed group of students learning together throughout the growing season. By enrolling, students are making a commitment to participate in the full program from March through October.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If your circumstances change and you need to withdraw from the apprenticeship, please contact us as soon as possible.

Deposit
A $350 deposit is required upon acceptance to reserve your place in the program. This deposit is non-refundable.

Withdrawal More Than 20 Business Days Before the Program Begins
If you withdraw at least 20 business days before the program start date, any tuition you have paid beyond the $350 deposit will be refunded.

Withdrawal Within 20 Business Days of the Program Start Date or After the Program Has Begun
If you withdraw within 20 business days of the program start date or after the apprenticeship has begun, you remain responsible for the full program tuition.

If you are paying through an instalment plan, any remaining scheduled payments will continue to be due.

We encourage students experiencing unforeseen circumstances that may affect their ability to continue in the program to contact us. Where possible, we are happy to discuss whether reasonable accommodations may help you complete the apprenticeship.

If Ravensong Cancels the Program
In the unlikely event that Ravensong Seeds & Herbals cancels the apprenticeship before the program begins, all tuition and deposits paid will be refunded in full.
