Annual. Zones 2-11. 60-65 days. American Heirloom and favourite of many farmers. Easy to grow, slow to bolt  with some resistance to heat. Known for it’s buttery taste, creamy yellow centre & velvety texture. Forms small compact heads, 6-8” high with thick, juicy, slightly crumpled light green leaves. A farm favourite lettuce variety.
